Surfer Tia Blanco Does a Yoga Move!

You may not be familiar with the ULTIMATE SURFER Tia Blanco. She won the ABC reality show about surfers a few years ago. She is not a competitive surfer at the most elite level of the tour or the Olympics, but that doesn't mean she can't rip.

In reality, who needs that infrastructure and stress, it just seems like a system used to dampen your spirits and to take the ALOHA out of your love for the sport. Thanks to instagram, you can be better than a professional surfer.

This surfer is a recent mom to Brody Jenner (son of America's greatest athlete Bruce), she lives in Hawaii and Malibu where she lives a healthy surf lifestyle filled with Yoga stretches and organic foods I'm sure.

She posted a video of her post mom bod doing some really impressive yoga moves and it's safe to say Brody Jenner's surf bride is remarkable and he's a lucky man, especially if he gets to watch this daily!
