Holly Madison Gets Ready for Halloween!

Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriend Holly Madison is still around and still loves to play dress up, she's been getting ready for her favorite time of year for the past few weeks and is trying out some costume options on her Instagram. This year she's dressed up as a ghost which is really just a white bodysuit that says BOO! and matching fishnets, a Sailor and a Clown but has not picked her official look yet.

Last year, Holly spent Halloween apparently preforming a seance at her house with fellow Hef ex-girlfriend Bridgette Marquardt to try and connect with their ex through a medium. I wonder who she will try to connect with this year!
