She’s All That was an iconic teen movie that came out in 1999 and starred Rachel Leigh Cook as the high school nerd and Freddie Prinze Jr as the jock. The movie is about the jock losing his girlfriend to an even cooler guy which prompts him to make a bet with his friends that he can take any girl in the school and turn her into the prom queen.

This leads to nerd Laney Boggs getting a makeover and that iconic coming down the stairs scene we all know and love. The film has been touched on before when Not Another Teen Movie came out and had their own version of the film within a film. But that was not enough for Hollywood! They want another remake!

It has just been announced that TikTok star and Kardashian BFF Addison Rae will be starring in the remake called He’s All That. The title is pretty self explanatory, it will be the same story just flipped so that the jock is the girl and the nerd is the dude. Hopefully Hollywood will come up with some more original ideas like this one for us to enjoy! Nothing like watching the same variation of a movie 3 times over a 20 year span!

Here is what Addison had to say about the news:

AHHHHH!!! My dreams are coming true!!! I’m so excited to finally share the news that i am getting the opportunity to make my acting debut in HE’S ALL THAT which is a remake of one of my all time favorite movies, SHE’S ALL THAT.
I’m so grateful for the opportunities that have been presented to me and none of it would have ever happened without every single one of you.
I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!! I can’t wait for you to see it!!! I can’t wait to work with this amazing team and everyone involved in making the film and am so thankful to everyone who gave me this incredible opportunity. THANK YOU!! I’m so excited for y’all to meet Padget!!!

Speaking of iconic 90’s stair scenes, Meg Thee Stallion must be on the same brainwave as Addison Rae because she put together her own version of the scene that ends with a twerk on the bottom of the stairs.
