Ireland Baldwin Talks Period Bloat!

Ireland Baldwin was all over the blogs this weekend after she was spotted on the beach looking a little bloated in a tight pink swimsuit. I guess the blogs (not ours!) were a little harsh on her and basically body shammed her calling her fat. Ireland wanted to make the point that she doesn’t care what the whom she refers to as rats and vermin, think about her and her body. She also explains that she was having some period bloat and shares ways to help prevent it, she also took he time to show us that she’s currently flat as a board in a thing leopard print bikini!
